Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in package handling, mailroom operations, courier services, logistics or related customer service role.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, and log incoming mail and packages.
• Notify students and staff of package arrivals and assist with pick-up processes.
• Send professional emails and communications related to mailroom activity.
• Operate standard mailroom equipment and maintain an organized workspace.
• Lift up to 50–55 lbs and walk between campus buildings as needed.
