Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a Supply Assistant for Central Services to handle mail, packages, and freight across campus. You will train student employees, organize delivery runs, and prepare shipments while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role offers a steady day schedule and 100% on-site work at UNR. Minimum qualifications include six months of related experience and a high school diploma; a valid Nevada driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of applicable experience as described in the job duties.
• Pre-employment screening for controlled substances is required.
• A valid Class “C” Nevada driver’s license or higher is required at appointment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up department mail, packages, and freight across the UNR campus.
• Receive, sort, scan, and redeliver packages, U.S. mail, and freight; process returns.
