Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Property Manager to lead a thriving on-site team for our student housing community in Las Vegas. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. You will report to the Regional Property Manager and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure property performance,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties or student housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong focus on sales and marketing.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, Real Page or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on-site staff to meet operational goals and daily duties.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes per policy and law.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and community position to stay competitive.
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends, and operating performance.
