Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties.
• Experience in student housing or university housing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet daily goals.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency, and evictions per policy.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and financial transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
• Review financial reports and plan budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and laws.
• Oversee maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate vendor management and project coordination.
