Job summary

Yugo, a global leader in student housing, is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations across our Paradise, NV communities. You’ll drive leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and team performance while delivering exceptional living experiences for students.

You’ll supervise staff, oversee rent collection and expenses, coordinate marketing and retention initiatives, review financials, and ensure compliance with policies and laws, all to achieve high occupancy and asset value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in residential properties or equivalent
• Experience running a property—student/university housing preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to ensure daily tasks and goals are met
• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes per policy and law
• Manage accounts payable/receivable with accurate financial transactions
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitiveness
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy, and operating performance
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses
• Assist in annual operating and capital budgets
• Investigate and resolve resident complaints professionally
• Ensure property inspections for appearance, safety, and compliance
