Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to support leasing activities and resident relations at our properties. You will help maintain high occupancy, process applications, and assist with marketing and retention programs in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the General Manager and work with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with property policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and manage renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate availability records aligned with renewal reports.
• Process rental applications and present to General Manager for approval.
• Liaise with legal counsel and the City to manage licenses and renewals.
• Assist with checkout and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure accurate leases and resident check-ins.
