Job summary

Campus Apartments in Athens, GA is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. You will assist with leasing, maintain occupancy, process applications, and support the property’s daily operations to ensure resident satisfaction.

You’ll handle renewals, coordinate with legal counsel as needed, respond to resident concerns, and help prepare weekly performance reports while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred and numerical record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and timely renewal offers.
• Maintain an accurate availability record aligned with renewal reports.
• Approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with legal liaison.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as required.
• Support advertising/marketing and retention programs.
