Ball State University Facilities Planning and Management is hiring for a Facil Landscape Worker to maintain lawns, plantings, and campus grounds on a full-time on-campus schedule. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must hold a Commercial Driver License.
• Must be able to read and comprehend safety policies and procedures.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance with various mowers and edging tools.
• Install and maintain landscape beds and plant material.
• Install lawn seeds or sod and prepare soil.
• Collect and haul leaves and debris to composting site.
• Perform snow and ice removal for campus surfaces.
• Handle trash/recycling duties and event support as needed.
• Maintain and operate equipment and tools, keeping them safe and clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
