Responsibilities

• Supervises managers and cooks, coordinates food preparation and service to meet quality and sanitation standards.
• Oversees training, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepares high-quality items per recipes to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Maintains proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Monitors food usage, waste, and inventory; requisitions or purchases products as needed.
• Inspects received products for quality and quantity; ensures accurate stocking and inventory.
• Ensures sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstations; maintains a clean service area.
• Assists in selecting and developing recipes and menus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
