• Prior Lead or Supervisory / Sous Chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews as appropriate.
• Stores food in designated areas following all sanitation procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, temperatures, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation; keeps area clean during service.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
