Job summary

Stanbridge University in Irvine is seeking an End-User Desktop Support Technician to provide responsive, hands-on support to faculty, staff, and students across the university environment. This role combines desk-side assistance with hardware installation, cabling, and classroom technology deployments.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AV systems, and help maintain reliable campus technology operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support or similar IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Chrome OS, and AV systems.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and imaging deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, M365, Google Workspace, and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (TCP/IP, wired/wireless).
• Deploy and maintain Windows images using imaging tools.
• Assist with classroom technology setups and physical deployments.
• Document incidents and resolutions; manage incidents from intake to resolution.
• Collaborate with IT team on deployments and campus projects.
