Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support and computer repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in a school district or educational environment.
• Two years of college desirable or work experience in school district.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily technical issues for desktops, laptops, Chromebooks and classroom tech.
• Manage printers, paper jams and toner replacements.
• Provide user support for Duo Mobile MFA and access to online curriculum.
• Maintain Google Accounts and Active Directory; update Google Admin.
• Support contractors with technology needs and manage the intercom system.
• Deploy and image Chromebooks, laptops, and staff computers; install apps.
