Collegis Education is seeking an IT Support Specialist based at Utica University to provide hands-on technology support to students, faculty, and staff. You will help maintain reliable IT services across campus, including end-user support, systems troubleshooting, and AV support for meetings, classes, and events.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, security compliance, and collaboration with Network and Server teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Windows and Mac in a campus or corporate setting.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365/Exchange.
• Ability to provide after-hours support and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on IT support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain mixed PC and Mac environments and troubleshoot networking.
• Manage AV setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolve issues per SOPs.
• Participate in out-of-hours support if needed.
