Qualifications

• Customer service experience with students, staff, and partners.
• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504/508, and FERPA requirements.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn assistive technology and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for SDSU Imperial Valley students seeking disability services.
• Coordinate academic and testing accommodations with faculty and SDSU Student Disability Services.
• Manage accommodation schedules, documentation, testing logistics, and records with care.
• Connect students with resources supporting progress, retention, and engagement.
• Build collaborating relationships with students, staff, and campus partners.
