The role requires coordinating with students, teachers, librarians, and administrators, traveling between campuses to deliver and set up equipment, completing help desk tickets, and maintaining an accurate technology inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with some college preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and direct tech support for campus software and hardware.
• Reimage workstations and laptops as required.
• Monitor and maintain campus printers and manage toner supplies.
• Assist in updating and maintaining technology inventory databases.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of equipment on campus.
• Complete help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Travel between campuses to support multiple sites.
• Follow district policies and directives.
