Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technology-related issues.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic campus technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Drive between campuses to support multiple sites.
• Complete help desk tickets promptly and accurately.
• Reimage workstations and laptops as needed.
• Monitor and maintain campus printers and inventory records.
• Assist in updating technology inventory databases and records.
• Coordinate setup and delivery of equipment.
• Follow Frisco ISD policies and directives.
