Job summary

Frisco ISD seeks a campus tech support staff member to provide initial and direct technical assistance for printers, AV equipment, computers, iOS devices, Chromebooks, and other campus tech. The role involves traveling between campuses to support multiple sites and timely ticket resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic campus technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Drive between campuses to support multiple sites.
• Complete help desk tickets promptly and accurately.
• Reimage workstations and laptops as needed.
• Monitor and maintain campus printers and inventory records.
• Assist in updating technology inventory databases and records.
• Coordinate setup and delivery of equipment.
• Follow Frisco ISD policies and directives.

Primary Purpose

Provide initial and direct technical support in the use of campus software and hardware, which includes but is not limited to: printers, audio/visual equipment, computers and laptops, iOS devices, Chromebooks, etc.

Qualifications

Major Responsibilities and Duties

Provide basic campus technical support with hardware and software issues.Support multiple campuses with technical support by driving between campuses during the work day.Complete help desk tickets in a timely manner.Reimage workstations and laptops as required.Monitor and maintain campus printers including the use of toner and report when supplies need to be ordered.Assist in updating and maintaining campuses’ technology inventory database in a timely manner.Assist in the maintenance of electronic records and databases.Coordinate and participate in the delivery and setup of equipment.Follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Frisco ISD and follow directives from superiors.
