Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with four years of IT client services/desktop support experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience.
• Experience serving in a lead, mentor, or supervisory capacity over IT client services or desktop support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the client services team and student employees.
• Oversee IT service delivery to FRCC community and campus facilities.
• Apply Agile methods to plan, monitor, and report IT projects.
• Develop and maintain scalable IT standards and processes across classrooms and administrative spaces.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and vendors to align IT with campus goals.
