Job summary

Front Range Community College is seeking an Information Technology Services Manager to oversee campus IT operations, provide leadership to the IT services team, and ensure reliable technology support for FRCC’s Larimer Campus and community. The role may include occasional remote work and requires travel to FRCC campuses as needed.

The candidate will drive service delivery, manage projects using Agile methods, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring compliance with policies and industry

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BA or related field.
• Four years of professional IT client services/desktop support in the last five years.
• Experience leading or supervising IT client services or desktop support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the client services team, including performance management of staff.
• Manage the delivery of technology and IT support to FRCC community and campus.
• Build strong relationships with customers and gather feedback on IT services.
• Monitor service metrics, report to senior management and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate IT projects using Agile methods and manage resources and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and purchasing procedures.

Education

Associate’s Degree in IT / CS / BA or related field
