Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and resolution for hardware, software, and applications problems.
• Capture information for Help Desk ticketing and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with customers throughout resolution lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to the knowledge base of troubleshooting references.
