Job summary

eBryIT, Inc. seeks a Computer Field Technician to support Michigan University Campus deployments. The role involves traveling to client sites for installation, imaging PCs with SCCM, and performing de-installations while maintaining the ticketing system.

You will also handle data migration via USMT, require a valid driver's license, and must pass a background check and drug screening. 40-hour workweeks with travel across campus.

Qualifications

• Level 2: Associate's degree in a technical discipline, or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Background check/drug screening required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and minimum state auto insurance.
• Vaccination requirements including MMR, Varicella, Pertussis, Tdap, Flu, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites for device installation, de-installation, and setup.
• Commute between University campus locations.
• Imaging SCCM in Customer staging area.
• Installation and de-installation of PC computers.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel usage.
• Data migration via USMT as needed.
• Update Customer ticketing system.
• Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (plus note on 8am–5pm in some contexts).
