Job summary

eBryIT, Inc. is seeking a Computer Field Technician to travel across the Michigan University Campus, performing device installations, imaging SCCM, and PC de-installations.

The role requires an Associate's degree or A+ cert, 2+ years in the computer repair field, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks and vaccinations; shifts are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Required an Associate's degree or two years related experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Vaccination requirements may apply and verification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites on the Michigan University Campus for device installation, de-installation, and setup.
• Imaging SCCM in the customer staging area.
• Install and de-install PC computers at various sites.
• Perform data migration and basic data handling as needed.
• Update ticketing system with job progress and results.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance; ensure a good driving record.
• Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with 30 min lunch and two 15 min breaks.
