Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our on-site team at Tarlton State University campus in Stephenville, TX. You will provide IT hardware support, configure devices, and manage tickets while ensuring rapid response to outages and proactive maintenance.

You’ll work with Windows, Mac OS, and possibly Linux systems, perform imaging for deployment, and coordinate with vendors for warranty issues. Travel to Austin, TX for training is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware/software support.
• 2+ years of help desk experience in a medium to large environment.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Google G-Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and respond to outages promptly.
• Maintain own onsite appointment schedule within 24-48 hour SLA.
• Configure, install, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, and printers.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments as needed.
• Manage tickets in the help desk queue and track escalations.
• Maintain inventory and notify when restocking is needed.
• Prepare equipment for deployment using imaging tools.
• Assist with vendor coordination for warranty support.
• Provide end-user training on IT topics.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WiFi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Support VoIP and LiveOps systems; administer cloud services like Office 365.
