Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to work onsite at a campus setting in Stephenville, TX. You will deploy, configure, and support IT hardware and software, while resolving outages promptly and maintaining ticketed workflows.

You will manage Accounts and equipment, provide user training, and coordinate with vendors for warranty support, all while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Help Desk Level II equivalent skillset.
• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware/software support.
• 1–3 years of help desk experience in medium to large environments.
• Office 365/SharePoint Online, Google G-Suite, Zoom, Schoology familiarity.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Respond to emergency outages promptly.
• Maintain own onsite schedule within 24–48 hour SLA.
• Configure, install, and support hardware like laptops, desktops, monitors, printers.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, and potentially Linux.
• Manage tickets in the help desk queue.
• Track and update escalation tickets.
• Handle vendor warranty support.
