Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master’s preferred.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate; Gifted and ESL certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful K-8 teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve on campus leadership team to impact teaching and learning.
• Collaborate to establish campus instructional coaching programs and goals.
• Provide instructional coaching to teachers and establish procedures for access to support.
• Design instructional units and lessons with teachers through collaboration.
• Model and facilitate staff development and meetings.
• Analyze campus data and report findings to district leadership.
• Assist with distribution of instructional materials and training on district materials.
