Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience in a K-8 environment.
• Strong knowledge of TEKS/SEs, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Ability to interpret data and develop an action plan.
• Experience with instructional technology integration.
• Ability to collaborate with campus leaders and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve on campus leadership team to impact teaching and learning in all classrooms.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to formulate instructional coaching programs and goals.
• Create an environment of trust and respect with all staff members.
• Establish a culture of ongoing instructional improvement.
• Provide instructional coaching supports to all teachers on campus and establish procedures for access.
• Collaborate with teachers in designing instructional units and lessons.
• Develop instructional processes to ensure program activities align with outcomes.
• Assist in providing instructional strategies within the classroom setting.
• Provide staff development according to campus and district needs.
• Disseminate information regarding current research and developments at state and national levels.
• Model effective teaching strategies with students in the classroom.
• Facilitate meetings and staff development.
• Provide professional learning to meet campus and district goals.
• Analyze and interpret campus data and report to district leadership and teachers.
• Assist campus leadership with distribution of instructional materials.
• Understand and train teachers on district instructional materials.
• Participate in curriculum review and district implementation.
• Prepare and deliver data presentations to various groups.
• Maintain compliance with state, district, and school regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
