Job summary

Boston University seeks a Systems & Project Manager for Innovate@BU to keep internal systems, data, and public information accurate and accessible. You will manage projects and program operations, ensure staff can use the technology, and translate data into clear insights for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, operations, marketing, or administration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize across a team.
• Proficiency with workflow and project management tools; ability to learn new tech and train others.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations & Systems Workflows: manage applications, reviews, scheduling, and departmental requests; document and improve processes.
• Technology & Application Management: oversee software, licenses, integrations and automation; support in-house app development and maintenance; train staff.
• Data, Metrics & Reporting: maintain reliable data, dashboards and reports; analyze results to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Project Management: manage team workflows, tasks, milestones, and recurring processes; own components of projects, events, initiatives.
• Website & Communications Coordination: maintain website content, coordinate communications calendars and social media publishing; ensure accurate public information.
