Job summary

Boston University IS&T seeks a Senior Technology Experience Program Manager to lead strategic TEC initiatives. You will manage complex enterprise projects spanning multiple teams, maintain service roadmaps, and ensure production readiness for new or updated services.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for TEC, you will collaborate with Service Management Office, enterprise architecture, and campus stakeholders to deliver on time, within scope, and with high quality while proactively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years leading technology projects.
• Experience collecting requirements and analyzing processes.
• Experience with IT service management, service design and transition to operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive reporting and roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with architects and engineers on solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex TEC projects from planning through completion on time and within scope.
• Maintain service roadmaps and portfolio reporting for leadership planning.
• Lead business and functional analysis translating requirements into solutions.
• Partner with SMO to transition projects to operations with full documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and continuous service improvement.
• Work independently with accountability and escalate issues early.
