Qualifications

• At least 18 months of HVAC field experience.
• Reading blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and assist with installation of HVAC systems and related campus equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Inspect and test HVAC/refrigeration for proper operation and efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
