The University of Wyoming is seeking an Employment & Staffing Partner to support staffing, onboarding, and HR processes on campus in Laramie, WY. You will advise departments on hiring, coordinate background checks, and assist with candidate screening to ensure compliant, timely staffing.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience: 1 year experience providing high-level customer service.
• Desirable: knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the hiring department to support staffing and employment processes.

• Coordinate background checks and onboarding for new hires.

• Provide support to HR on projects, policies, and guidelines.
