JOB TITLE:

JOB PURPOSE:

Support the By Western Hands and University of Wyoming College ofArts & Sciences collaborations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate calendars
• Manage communications between By Western Hands and Universityof Wyoming organizers and leaders
• Manage day-to-day logistics of the collaboration between ByWestern Hands and University of Wyoming
• Advertise and market events and drive student and communityattendance
• Plan and execute regional classes and collaborations
• Assist with internships

Pay: $30 per hour

Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR)compliant with the Driving for University BusinessSAP.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with managing calendars
• Event management experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills

WORK LOCATION:

This position is eligible for remote work, however, the successfulcandidate must be able to travel to Cody, WY and Laramie, WY tosupport workshops/classes in person as needed.
