Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) degree.

Responsibilities

• Determines the proper distribution of employees and materials for a day’s cleaning problems by inspecting assigned buildings.
• Gives general supervision by assigning tasks and reviewing work of one to five full-time and/or five to twenty part-time custodians and custodial workers.
• Assist in training new crew members in the proper use of equipment and materials to ensure proper application of chemicals and maintenance of equipment.
