Qualifications

• Must understand all responsibilities and security technologies used in a 24-hour SRC.
• Ability to rotate shifts and work in all weather conditions.
• Experience with security procedures and campus safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors and staff in a professional, respectful manner.
• Conduct security patrols and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Verify identities and escort unauthorized persons from campus as needed.
• Prepare and submit incident reports with accurate details.
• Maintain daily patrol logs and communicate conditions to supervisors.
• Assist with campus parking issues and support safety teams during emergencies.
