Job summary

American Campus Communities in Louisville, KY is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property’s buildings and grounds, including common areas and amenities, ensuring curb appeal and readiness.

You will perform cleaning, trash removal, floor care, make-ready duties, and assist with turnover and pool maintenance as needed. Training is provided, and opportunities for certifications exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor or willingness to learn facilities maintenance.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions and work safely.
• Training provided to support success in the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of the property to standard.
• Property groundskeeping, including trash collection.
• Vacuum, mop, and/or shampoo floors in resident rooms and common areas; stock bathrooms.
• Assist the service team with work orders, moving furniture, and storing supplies.
