Qualifications

• Experience in general labor and property maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior areas to standard.
• Perform groundskeeping and trash collection.
• Vacuum, mop, and clean resident rooms and common areas; stock bathrooms.
• Assist service team with work orders, moving furniture, and supplies.
