Job DescriptionOverviewThe Campus Services Department invites applications for agroundskeeper. This position provides maintenance of universitygrounds and landscaper installation.

- Maintains University grounds using edger, blower, rake, shovel,trimmer, mower, and other equipment.
- Maintains equipment such as hand tools, including picks,shovels, and rakes; power equipment, including chain saws, edger,weed eaters, fork-lifts, push and riding mowers, backhoes and fieldpainters.
- Installs landscaping and related items on Universitygrounds,
- May operate motorized street sweeping and cleaning equipment tokeep University streets and parking lots free of dirt, leaves andother debris.
- May maintain athletic fields.
Specific duties and responsibilities may vary based upondepartmental needs. Other duties may be assigned similar to theabove consistent with the knowledge, skills and abilities requiredfor the job.
QualificationsHighschool diploma or GED .
