Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations at the Discovery Cafe Grilled station, including sandwich feature and grill items.
• Read and follow recipes; ensure consistency and quality.
• Assign and monitor jobs for subordinates (hourlies, students, temps).
• Coordinate with main kitchen production and cleaning as needed.
