Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years experience in Food Preparation.
• Two years experience in Food Preparation (minimum).
• Great customer service skills required.
• Teamwork and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead grill cook duties: multi-task grill orders, maintain speed and quality.
• Train new staff and assist Food Service Director in cafeteria functions.
• Promote excellent customer service and food safety.
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of food service stations.
