The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year in food service, ServSafe certification within 90 days, and a hands-on leadership approach to mentor student staff and maintain high sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of campus café or market and manage opening/closing, cash handling, and displays.
• Hire, train, and mentor student and temporary staff.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, manage vendor relations, and monitor inventories.
• Resolve customer issues on the spot and ensure friendly service.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation logs.
