Job summary

Butler University seeks a Student - LSB Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator to support the Real Business Experience (RBE) program at the Lacy School of Business Fulfillment Center. This on-campus role reports to the Director of Butler Entrepreneurship and involves logistics planning, inventory tracking, and customer service for 20–30 student-run businesses.

The student will assist in inventory management, supplier coordination, and SOP development while coordinating training for student teams.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Required: Operations, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management coursework.
• Completion of EI201 and at least one supply chain course (MS350 or SC350).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment center operations (order intake, packing, labeling, shipping).
• Coordinate shared orders and ensure timely shipping.
• Monitor order accuracy and perform QC checks regularly.
• Manage customer pickup systems within campus facilities.
• Document SOPs and share best practices for future iterations.
