Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, Food Service Management, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily retail dining operations to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop hourly team members.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and product ordering to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor and control food, labor, and operating costs while meeting financial objectives.
• Assist with budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain cash controls, payroll records, and other operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Utilize technology and computer systems to manage reporting, ordering, inventory, scheduling, and communication.
• Support planning and execution of campus events and special functions.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to implement new programs and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners, students, faculty, and staff.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
