Elior Collegiate Dining at Oakwood University is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead a team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of various catered events.

You will train and supervise servers and cooks, participate in meal prep, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while addressing client needs. This on-site role offers opportunities to shape campus dining experiences.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• At least one year's experience in a supervisory or management role.
