Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform basic building and equipment repairs.
• Install cable and other items as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Assemble and repair doors, locks, tables, and related items.
• Use hand tools and precision instruments.
• Replace light bulbs and supplies; paint and repair walls/frames.
• Perform custodial duties.
• Obtain estimates for work by outside vendors.
• Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors.
• Arrange professional cleaning before each quarter.
