Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance/repairs experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Must have a Virginia driver’s license or be eligible to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance requests and repairs throughout the Sunnyside Campus.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep tasks.
• Record time and materials used for projects.
• Assist with events setup, drills, and snow removal as needed.
