You will handle maintenance requests, perform repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years general maintenance/repairs experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance requests and repairs across Sunnyside Campus.
• Perform preventive maintenance and essential daily tasks.
• Handle electrical, plumbing and general building upkeep as needed.
• Ensure a safe, efficient environment for occupants.
• Record time and materials for projects.
• Use tools safely and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with events setup and emergencies.
• Remove snow and ice from campus as needed.
