• Schedules, assigns, oversees and reviews the work of staff.
• Provides staff training and assistance; conducts performance evaluations.
• Inspects and maintains building systems and facilities; reports issues.
• Responds to emergencies on a 24/7 basis; coordinates with others.
• Prepares reports, bid specs, and cost estimates; supervises contracted work.
