Job summary

The role requires five years of experience in facility maintenance and operations, along with a Bachelor's degree and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of building and construction, design construction contract administration and California Building Codes.
• Experience supervising facility maintenance and improvements across trades and disciplines.
• Ability to develop project scope, budgets and reports for diverse audiences.
