Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field experience.
• 1–2 years of Project Management experience.
• 1–2 years of AutoCAD 2025 or similar CAD software experience.
• 1–2 years of Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and coordination with the AVP and AD for each project phase.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies; oversee contractors and budgets.
• Maintain records of completed jobs, monitor budgets, approve payments, and ensure compliance.
