Qualifications

• Associate degree in CM/arch/engineering/business or related field.
• Five years of experience managing public-sector capital projects with formal procurement.
• Ability to develop budgets, schedules, and oversee across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from initiation through occupancy and closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and monitor progress.
• Manage budgets, quality, and risk across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
