Job summary

Portland Community College is seeking a seasoned facilities operations professional to lead day-to-day building maintenance and custodial operations across assigned campus facilities. You will supervise multi-trade teams, oversee preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and align activities with college goals in a large, multi-site environment.

Under the Facilities Management Services leadership, you will help manage budgets, safety programs, and lifecycle planning while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a building-related field; six years progressive maintenance/engineering experience.
• Three years supervising staff or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of building maintenance and custodial activities.
• Supervises multi-trade technical staff and provides mentoring and training.
• Coordinates Preventive Maintenance program and work orders; supports budget and safety programs.
